--Patrick Coll, charged by Jeremiah Donahoe with stealing a watch from him on Sunday last, was examined before the Recorder last Saturday, and acquitted.
Coll was at Donahoe's when the watch was stolen, but there were also five or six other persons, any one of whom could have taken it if they had wished.
