--The work on the Manchester paper mill is progressing steadily, and as soon as the buildings can be completed the machinery will be put in operation.
Mr. Waterhouse, one of the proprietors, and a man of known energy, is pushing forward the super structure with all possible haste, the company having wisely determined to spare no expense in completing their enterprise and giving the public the benefit of it.
