Dangerous to horses.

--The workmen engaged in taking up the iron of the City Railway, on Main street, are leaving many of the spikes in the sills, and thus endangering the feet of horses, that happen to get on the old track. These spikes ought to be driven down level with the timbers as fast as the rails are removed.
