We are informed that the recent attack upon a party of Federal soldiers at Walkerton, King and Queen county, was led by a Confederate officer.--It has taught the marauders the lesson that their rascalities cannot be pursued with impunity, for troops are found where least expected, ready to punish them as they deserve.
