--The Board appointed by who has been elected the Judge for the Second Judicial Circuit, to apply the vacancy occasioned by the of Judge Thomas S Gadson having declared that a majority were given for William in conformity to law L John Letcher the Commonwealth of Virginia William T. James to bribe for said Second Circuit for the term of eight years.

Given enter my hand as warning and under the real of the Commonwealth at Richmond, this 18th day of July, and in the eighty-eight year of the Commonwealth.
