The sick on the flag of truce.

--The flag-of-truce boat which arrived at City Point Saturday brought 770 wounded Confederates. They left Fort Delaware on Thursday, and for three days their wounds were not dressed. Twelve of them died on the passage, having been put aboard in a dying condition against the protest of the commanding officer. Some of those who died were interred at Old Point and some at Petersburg. The wounded only had three meals from Thursday till Saturday.
