--A soldier named Kearns, said to belong to a company at Camp Lee, laced his water rather too much yesterday, and soon after found himself boozy in the street, a knife in one hand and a pistol in the other, seeking a muss. One of the Lieutenants coming along about the time that Kearns was at the top of the ladder, recognized him, and without the least excitement first disarmed and then marched him off to camp.
