North Carolina Fidelity.

The traitorous newspaper in Raleigh, North Carolina, which has been sowing the seeds of disloyalty, and has at last had the effrontery to propose a reconstruction of the old Union, is bringing down upon itself the denunciations of the sons of North Carolina now in the field sustaining the cause of the Southern Confederacy. A number of regiments have separately adopted resolutions declaring, in the strongest terms, devotion to the South and irreconcilable hostility to the restoration of the Union. These regiments determined upon a Convention at Orange Court House.--This body met on Wednesday, and its proceedings were characterized by unanimity and the most patriotic spirit. [See telegraph]--The people of the Confederacy have the most implicit faith in North Carolina. Too much blood of her's has saturated the battle fields of this war to allow her ever to make peace with the hated foe who is striking at the rights, the property, the honor, and the very existence of her and all her sister States. It may be possibly giving to the press whose disloyalty has occasioned these proceedings more consequence than it merits, but it may well beware of the admonitions which are through them administered by the true and tried soldiers, who speak truly for North Carolina, and whose deeds shed a never-fading lustre upon her fame.
