--There are now confined in the Confederate prisons of this city 4,822 Yankees, captured in all quarters awaiting an exchange. Many of these men profess to be tired of the war and the present Federal Administration, but they do not think that peace will be restored as long as Lincoln and the Black Republican party are in power.
