Severe sentence.

--Thomas C. Shacklet indicted for treason against the United States, at Louisville, Ky., has been sentenced to ten years imprisonment, and to pay a fine of ten thousand dollars. His slaves were declared free. The Hon. Bland Ballard passed the sentence.
