From Trans Mississippi.

--The Mobile Advertiser and Register has received a special dispatch from Memphis, dated the 17th, which says that Kirby Smith was reported to have fallen back from Little Rock. The Federals, under Blunt, had occupied Fort Smith, driving out Cabell. General Marsh Walker was recently wounded in a due with Marmaduke. Burnside claims that he captured 3,000 prisoners and fourteen pieces of artillery at Cumberland Gap.
