--The reports which reach us of the movements of the enemy on the line of the Rapidan are conflicting.
One rumor states that the whole force of the Yankees has fallen back, whilst another represents that Meade's army is moving in the direction of Germania and other fords lower down.
There has been no considerable skirmish since the engagement of Tuesday last.
