C. S. District Court.

--E. A. Loring, claiming to be a mail contractor, or conductor, was discharged.

The case of D. Sodini was further heard and continued till this morning.

The cases of Jno. F. Chambers, Wm. H. Brower, At. Katon, Thomas E. Kinney., W. A. Bass, H. E. Johnson, P. E. Cottrell, and C. F. Robertson, were continued until tomorrow.

After transacting other business the Court adjourned till this morning at 11 o'clock.
