--The advices which reach us from Northern Virginia fully confirm the reports heretofore published that Meade is rapidly falling back from the line of the Rappahannock with the main body of his army.
Only a small portion of his forces now remains in Culpeper, the remainder having taken the back track for the fortifications around Washington.
