Voting in Rhode Island.

--The vote in Rhode Island, on Monday, on the proposed amendment of the Constitution, to allow honorably discharged alien soldiers, who may become naturalized citizens, to vote at all elections on the same terms as native born citizens, resulted in rejecting the amendment by a large majority.
