The Hustings Court of Magistrates spent their morning session yesterday in the examination of Jacob Eisenhower and Thos. T. Davidson, charged with feloniously shooting at each other in Broad street, some two weeks since. It will be remembered that in the affray Davidson had one of his fingers shot off. The Court, after hearing the evidence, remanded both parties for trial before Judge Lyons, and admitted them to bail for their appearance in $1,000 each.
