--The City Council have resolved to have a poll opened in this city tomorrow to enable the voters of Richmond to say whether they are in favor of, or are opposed to, the Legislature's passing a bill to regulate the prices of articles of prime necessity.
Every voter should be at the polls and speak for himself, so that the representatives of the city will know clearly the wishes of the majority.
