--Everything appears quiet in front to-day.
Most of the prisoners who went through here to Richmond last night were foreigners, and expressed themselves as tired of the war. Many of them wanted to take the oath of allegiance.
It is reported that Gen. Imboden has taken 700 prisoners at Kernstown.
