Cheap glory.

--Why don't the counties of Henrico, Hanover, and all other counties which have not yet passed resolutions to sell at Government prices, at once pass resolutions? It will cost them nothing, and they will get a great deal of glory. "Faith is the substance of things hoped for," and if the people believe they are going to get flour under these resolutions they can fairly consider their winter supplies laid in. One thundering resolution is equal to a hundred barrels. No danger of starvation when patriotic resolutions can be had at five dollars a bushel.
