The Russian navy.

--According to an official statement, the Russian naval fleet in June, 1862. was composed of 248 steamers, carrying 2,387 guns, and 67 sailing vessels, carrying 1,304 guns.--This gives a total naval strength of 310 vessels, armed with 3,691 guns. In addition to these there are three floating docks and about 300 vessels for harbor service, &c. As great activity prevails in the Russian navy-yards, doubtless the number of vessels has largely increased.
