The C. S. Circuit Court

is to be held for the future in the admirable rooms at the southwest corner of Franklin and 14th streets. The entrance to these rooms is on 14th street, and the location is perhaps the very best that could be obtained in Richmond. Apart from the accommodations of the Judge, there is ample space for the clerk, the sergeant and his deputies, and the juries, as well as for witnesses, jurors, lawyers, and spectators.--Until the Government can erect a building for this Court we are quite sure it will occupy its present location.
