Theatrical disturbance.

Three young men were before the Mayor yesterday to answer the charge of creating a disturbance at the Theatre the night before by loud talking in a private box, and by afterwards intruding upon the privacy of that building and creating a row with the management and employees. After a long hearing the parties were held to bail for their good behavior and to answer an indictment by the next Grand Jury, which will meet on the second Monday in February, 1864.
