--Ellick, slave to Benjamin Cooley, was examined before the Mayor yesterday, on the charge of breaking and entering the store house of Thos. D. Quarles and stealing therefrom $1,500 worth of goods.
The evidence being efficiently conclusive the prisoner was sent on to the Hustings Court.
