Stealing shoes.

--Thomas Townsman, a member of Capt, Cabell's company, stationed at Drewry's Bluff, was brought before the Mayor yesterday, charged with stealing seven pairs of shoes from the Government; and William Shanahan, a discharged soldier was arraigned for buying the same knowing them to have been stolen. Townsman stated that be received the articles of Alex. Spence, a member of his company. He will be sent back to the Bluff for court-martial. Shanahan will be disposed of to-day. The parties were arrested by officer, Caphart, of Capt. Alexander's corps.
