After the hospital rats.

--The army correspondent of the Atlanta Register, writing from Dalton, under date of December 10, says:

‘ The Medical Director of each army corps, and the chief surgeons of divisions met to-day to anopt some means of getting hospital rats back to the army, and keep them. It was recommended that a select committee of surgeons be sent to personally examine hospitals, and order all men able for duty, details, and those detailed as convalescent, back to camps, and report all surgeons who have improperly kept them, and ask that such surgeons be sent at once to the field.
