Not released.

--The paroled Yankee prisoners in this city, arrested by order of the Mayor and held in custody as suspicious characters, are to have a hearing this morning. Some of these men have privileges not awarded to citizens of Virginia, and all of them are from that country whose population are endeavoring to make a crusade through the South to murder, burn and destroy, because Virginia, with other Southern States, have seen fit in their sovereignty to withdraw from a copartnership which had proved onerous and offensive to them. These prisoners have the power of tampering with slaves, and doing other injuries; and as they are alien enemies, and per consequence suspicious, they will not be tolerated as freemen on Virginia soil till they give some evidence of Southern loyalty.
