--A letter from Jackson Miss., says:

‘ Provisions are plentiful, and comparatively cheap. Flour at $195 per barrel; bacon $3 per lb; lard $2 per lb; pork $1 per lb; butter $2.50 per lb; coffee $15 per lb; meal $3 per bushel; corn $2 per bushel; eggs $2 per dozen; turkeys $10 a piece; chickens $2 each. Cotton is selling at 30 cts.
