Unlawful Gaming.

--The charge against Henry Hungerford, of keeping a gambling house in this city and exhibiting the game of faro therein, was again taken up before His Honor yesterday. Several witnesses were examined, all of whom concurred in the testimony that they had seen the game of faro played in the house designated in the warrant as kept by Hungerford, but that they had never seen him deal himself. As late as December last gambling of that description was going on there. Further examination into the case was postponed till Friday, owing to the absence of an important witness.
