Judge Lyons's Court.

--Yesterday the following business was transacted:

Pursuant to adjournment, the Grand Jury again met, and, being charged by the Judge, withdrew out of Court, and after some time returned and presented "true bills" upon fourteen indictments for felony.

The Court then took up the case of Ann Dobson, alias Leary, indicted for receiving clothing stolen from the C. S. Government, knowing the same to have been stolen. The accused, being set to the bar, was arraigned, and the evidence of witnesses and arguments of counsel having been heard, the case was submitted to the jury, which rendered a verdict of acquittal, and the accused was thereupon discharged.
