Judge Lyons's Court.

--In this Court yesterday the following business was transacted:

Francis P. Blair, a paroled Yankee, charged with grand larceny, was led to the bar, and after the examination of witnesses the case was given to the jury, who in a short time rendered a verdict of guilty, and he was sentenced to the penitentiary for two years.

’ Another paroled Yankee named George Jacques, indicted for burglary, was found guilty and sentenced to confinement in the penitentiary for five years.
