--In Judge Lyons's Court on Saturday, the indictment entered in the case of Frank Downs, Michael Handley, and Arthur Leaney, charged jointly with robbing Mrs. Mary Broderick of a large sum in gold and silver coin, State bank and Confederate notes, was examined into, and after testimony of witnesses and argument of coursed had been heard, was submitted to the jury, who brought in a verdict of acquitted, when the parties were thereupon discharged.
