Judge Lyons's Court.

--The time of Judge Lyons was consumed yesterday in the trial of Robert E. Foster, charged with robbing the C. S. Treasury Department of $11,000. After the examination of witnesses and argument of counsel, the case was given to the jury, who, after an absence of about twenty minutes, sent word that they were unable to agree; when the Judge discharged them.

The case of Joseph John MacCarthy, charged with the murder of his wife, which was set for trial on Monday, and from that day postponed till yesterday, was again put off till this morning.
