Georgia Legislature.

Milledgeville, March 19.
--Both Houses of the Legislature have adopted Mr. Stephens's resolution as to the terms by which peace should be sought, and on the suspension of the writ of habeas corpus.

They have also adopted a resolution turning over to the Confederate Government all persons between the ages of 17 and 18 and 45 and 50, and unanimously adopted resolutions expressive of confidence in the President and of thanks to the Georgia troops for re-enlisting. The Legislature then adjourned sine die.
