Flag of truce.

--The Confederate flag of truce boats which carried six hundred sick Yankees to City Point on Saturday, returned to their wharves at Rockets yesterday.--The Yankee boats Express and New York received the invalids at City Point. There are now lying at the Point a French war steamer and a merchantmen, the latter, which brought some supplies for Monelier, Pant, the French Consul here, is said to have come for the French tobacco now stored in the warehouses of this city. Three other French vessels are reported to be at Fortress Monroe.
