--Some of our scouts on Tuesday captured a Yankee picket near Williamsburg.
The fellow, on being brought to the Libby prison, was identified as a deserter from the 40th Georgia regiment, named John Lindsey.
He was at once transferred to Castle Thunder to await trial for desertion.
