One egg within another.

--A few days since a hen belonging to Mr. C. C. Walter, Jeweller, on Broad street, laid an egg of enormous proportions. On breaking the shell, it was found that the outer one contained about the same quantity of the white substance that an egg of the size would usually hold, while inside of this there was another egg, about the usual size, with shell and everything complete. When taken from the outer shell, the inside egg would not have been noticed from among others. There was no yolk in the first.
