--At a meeting of the Council, held at 12 o'clock M. on Saturday, Mr. Crutchfield offered a resolution, which was adopted, that the Committee on Supplies be instructed to sell, during the present emergency, to citizens who, because of their being engaged in military services, are not able to earn their usual support.
