--A negro named Bob was caught in the street early yesterday morning with two bars of soap, which turned out to have been stolen from his master, Mr. McAdam.
Sam, a slave, was arrested and put into the cage Saturday night, on the charge of stealing a tin cup and frying pan from Patrick Bolton.
