Judge Lyons's Court.

--The last session of the May term of Judge Lyons's Court was held yesterday. But little business was transacted. With the consent of the Commonwealth's Attorney, nolle prosequi were entered in the cases of Ellis McLane, John Santiago, and Roddy Macaulay, indicted for stealing leather from the store of O. H. Chalkley & Co., some time back. The parties have enlisted for a term of apprenticeship in the Confederate States Navy.
