The Libby.

--Forty nine Yankee prisoners were received at the Libby prison yesterday. Among the number were a Lieutenant and Surgeon.

[In noticing the death of a Yankee officer at this institution on Monday last we were in error in stating that he was one of the two who were accidentally shot by the guard doing duty there sometime since. His death was produced by a wound through the fore head, received in battle recently near Gaines's Mill.]
