Police arrests.

--Officers Marcellus Hicks and J. D. Perrin arrested yesterday afternoon two negroes, named Booker, slave of Tazewell Perkins, charged with stealing six bags of corn from the Confederate States, and Dick, slave of Charles E. Anderson, charged with stealing $300, the property of Francis Tatum. There were no circumstances developing the particulars of the arrests, and the cases will therefore come up this morning for investigation.
