Treasonable language.

--Captain Henry T. Owens, of company C, Eighteenth Virginia regiment, was sent to this city yesterday, by order of Major-General Pickett, charged with uttering tions and treasonable language. He was taken before Captain Thomas W. Dorwell, assistant provost-marshal, and afterwards, by his order, commanded to Castle Thunder.
