Arrest of a prominent citizen.

--John Browers was arrested yesterday, and committed to Castle Thunder, on the charge of attempting to cross the lines. He was a member of the firm of Charges D Yale & Co., who, for a number of votes have done the largest stove and tinware bushels in the Confederacy. During Mr. Boweries in Richmond, he was broke I upon as a loyal and underprices citizen, and his arrest has sent consternation throughout the extent of his acquaintanceship here.
