--Uriah Niscon, member of company C, Twenty-fifth Virginia battalion, was forwarded to this city, under guard, on yesterday, and committed to Castle Thunder, on the charge of sleeping on picket post.
How a man could have possibly slept on guard in the open air such nights as we have had for the past two or three is truly astonishing.
