Arrival of a flag-of-truce boat.

--A flag-of-truce boat arrived from the North at Varina on Friday morning last. She brought up eleven bales of blankets, sent by the Yankee Government to their prisoners in this city, but no passengers were on board. The blankets were distributed, under the superintendence of three of their own officers, among the prisoners in Pemberton's bu yesterday. The number contained in the eleven bales sent will not exceed one thousand; and as there are upwards of three thousand prisoners confined here, only about one-third can be supplied.
