Charged with disloyalty.

--The Central train, on Saturday night, brought down to this city from Staunton a man named T. D. McCaskey, charged with disloyalty to the Confederacy. He was taken before Captain Doswell, assistant provost-marshal, and by his order committed to Castle Thunder.
