Convicts to be pardoned.

--The Georgia penitentiary convicts, who formed into a company on the approach of the enemy to Milledgeville, and who have fought through the campaign, have been furloughed for thirty days; at the expiration of which time they are to report to the office of the Adjutant and Inspector General of the State of Georgia. Upon presenting a certificate of their having joined some company in the Confederate service, they will be pardoned from the sentence of confinement.
