Judge Lyons's Court.

--Before Judge Lyons, yesterday, the following cases were considered:

William Behle, claiming exemption from military service on the ground of being a foreigner, was remanded to the custody of his captain, he having failed to prove the facts of his petition.

Gideon T. Bradly, petitioning under habeas corpus for discharge from service on the ground of being over fifty years of age, established his title and was discharged.

The cases of Ann Perrin, charged with conniving at the escape of slaves from their owners, and William Daley, charged with the murder of Philip Harney, were continued till the next term.

The court will meet again this morning at 10 o'clock.
