--In noting the case of Patrick Gaule, under sentence of death in Castle Thunder, it was stated that he had been very disorderly since his confinement there.
We have since received a paper, signed by all the officers of the prison, which testifies to the fact that his conduct there has been unexceptionable, and such as to recommend him to those in charge.
