New York, December 6.
--The steamship Asia, from Liverpool on 25th ultimo, via Queenstown 25th, has arrived. The following is a summary of the latest news by this arrival:

London, November 25.--The Paris correspondent of the Globe says that the Spanish Ministry has decided to back out of the Chilian affair. The Spanish Admiral has been ordered to suspend operations.

Stephens, the Fenlan Head Centre, had not yet been re-captured.

--Cotton.--The sales to-day were seven, thousand bales; market closing unchanged.

Provisions — Breadstuffs unchanged.
